6 Using the device
6.1 General preparations
6.1.1 Screwing the glass laboratory bottles onto the 1:8 or 1:10 dividing head
1. Align the mark on the glass bottle with the mark on the bottle
holder.
2. Press the bottle into the recess in the bottle holder.
3. Screw the bottle firmly into the holder with approx. 1/4 turn in the
direction of the arrow.
After completion of the sample division, unscrew and
remove the glass bottles in the reverse order.
The sample bottles are screwed into the holders as for a
normal screw thread!
