A) Whatever working cycle is in progress, it stops the

machine

B) Restores any function after the intervention of an alarm

2) MIX PUSHBUTTON

Makes the agitation continuously working inside the mix

tank during the cleaning

3) PRODUCTION PUSHBUTTON

To activate the ice cream production

4) START PUSHBUTTON

It allows dispensing the ice cream cone; the stirrer motor

and immediately afterwards the compressor are started up

to preserve the product ideal consistency.
