TEMPERATURE PROBE

 

The probe is used to monitor the exact temperatures of the set programs.  

To achieve best operational results, the probe must be inserted into the centre of the product 

Make sure the tip of the probe does not go through to the other side of the product, nor touch the tray. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do not insert the probe into the vents, as this may damage both the fans and the probe itself. 

If the probe is not being used, it can be removed. Unscrew the probe as shown in the above diagram and store 

it in a cupboard. Do not leave the probe in the chamber when it is not in use. Fit the cap to avoid damage to 

the contacts. Warning: do not wash the probe in the dishwasher as this may damage the contacts. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do not insert the probe in foods with temperatures exceeding 100°C, as this may damage the sensor.
