Checkups before reporting breakdown
Please check the items below for product's defects before consulting service center.
Symptoms
• Is the power to the unit on?
• Check that cable is properly
connected to controller/Indoor
unit.
• Is cable connection correct?
• Was time setup completed
correctly?
• When setting Reservation was
there any issue? Did all steps get
covered?
• Ensure desired set-point is
entered into controller and that it
is lower than actual ambient
temperature.
• Verify that Reservation mode is
currently enabled.
• Is error CH03?
No power
Reservation not
operating.
Unit not blowing
cool air.
Unit runs or stops
automatically.
Error indicated on
display of
controller.
• Please check circuit breaker.
• Please check wire remote controller's
setup.
• Reconnect the cable to controller or indoor
unit connection.
• Please check again referring to setup
method at the manual.
• Please set current time correctly.
• Please set again referring to the manual.
• Adjust set-point temperature as needed.
• Press setting and set/cancel
simultaneously for 3 second or longer.
All set reservations will now be canceled.
• Check wire connection at controller.
• Check wire connection at indoor unit
connection.
