This FRANKLIN PRODUCT is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase as shown on the purchas-
er’s receipt.

The obligation of Franklin Industries, L.L.C. under this warranty shall be limited to repair or
replacement (at our option) during the warranty period of any part which proves defective in
material or workmanship under normal installation, use and service, provided the product is
returned to Franklin Industries, L.L.C. (address below) or to one of our authorized Service
Centers TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID. Products returned to us or to an authorized
Service Center must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt.

This warranty shall be invalid if the product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, negligence,
defacement, destruction, accident, fire or other casualties or alteration in any manner. Further,
improper repair, improper use of electrical voltages or currents, alteration of the serial number,
maintenance by any person or entity other than our own service facility or authorized Service
Center, or any use not in conformity with our furnished instructions shall render this warranty
invalid.

This warranty shall not be applicable if the product is removed from the country in which it was
purchased and/or used in a country for which it was not designed. Franklin Industries, L.L.C.
assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of this product in a manner or loca-
tion other than that for which it was intended.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary
from state to state. Franklin Industries, L.L.C. does not authorize any person to create for it any
other obligation or liability in connection with this product.

THE WARRANTY PRINTED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PUR-
CHASE. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMIT-
ED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTIC-
ULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IF ANY APPLICABLE STATE LAW PROHIBITS THE DIS-
CLAIMER OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL
BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY SET FORTH
ABOVE. NEITHER FRANKLIN INDUSTRIES, L.L.C. NOR THE SELLING DEALER SHALL BE
LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR CONSEQUEN-
TIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last
or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or
exclusions may not apply to you.
