OPERATION
Cabinet Layout
REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION
Self Service
Cabinet This open front cabinet is designed for the display of chilled food items or
drinks.
Cabinets are available either with curved fronts, or in square format.
Sliding glass doors are fitted to the rear of the cabinet.
The cabinet is fitted with three shelves, and items may also be placed on the
base tray.
The internal temperature of
the cabinet is maintained by a
curtain of cold air, emitted
from a grill below the pelmet
of the cabinet.
The pelmet is heated to avoid
external condensation.
Shelf Lighting
All cabinets are fitted with a top light and lighting below each shelf.
Cabinets are fitted with high efficiency LED lighting, requiring no maintenance.
Controls
REFRIGERATED CABINETS - OPERATION
Control Panel The control panel is mounted on the back of the cabinet, and houses:

The main power switch
•
The Light switch
•
The refrigeration controller
The refrigeration controller displays the internal temperature of the cabinet
during normal operation.
