electronics can interfere with the broadcast signal that your watch
uses to receive the correct local time. When that happens, your watch
experiences a delay in receiving the correct time.

If your watch is exactly one or more full hours away from the correct
time, it’s possible that your Time Zone settings are set to a specific time
zone. Make sure that
