If you enter the Set Time setting and see the date and time display, your watch is
either not receiving a broadcast signal, or the watch radio is off. If so, you can set
the time and date manually.
To set the time and the date:
1. From the Settings mode, press Next to scroll to Set Time, and then press Enter.
2. To set the hour, press Previous or Next until you see the hour you want, and
then press Enter.
3. To set the minutes, press Previous or Next until you see the minutes you
want, and then press Enter.
To move up or down in increments of 5 minutes instead of 1 minute,
press and hold Previous or Next.
4. If you are using the 12 hour clock, press Next to choose either am or pm,
and then press Enter.
5. To set the month, press Previous or Next until you see the month you want,
and then press Enter.
6. To set the day, press Previous or Next until you see the day you want, and
then press Enter.
7. To set the year, press Previous or Next until you see the year you want, and
then press Enter.
Once your watch receives a broadcast signal again - either because you
moved into an MSN Direct coverage area, or because the radio has been turned
back on - the time you set is automatically replaced with the time from an
atomic clock.
