Step 1:

Remove the bolt (61), washer (62) and spring washer (28) and remove protected tube (14)

from the main frame (01) with spanner (D).

Discard the protected tube (14) which is not needed for the assembly of the rower.

Reserve the bolt (61), washer (62) and spring washer (28) for the assembly of the rower.
