MULE®
to
be
free
from
defects
in
material
and
workmanship
for:
1.
180
days
from
date
of
purchase
for
Residential
use.
2.
60
days
from
date
of
purchase
for
Commercial
use.
Within
this
period,
Fort
Defiance
Industries,
Inc.
shall
correct
any
defect
by
repairing
or
replacing
defective
parts
of
the
equipment,
or
making
available
parts
thereof,
at
our
option,
FOB
Loudon,
TN.
THE
FOREGOING
WARRANTY
IS
IN
LIEU
OF
ANY
OTHER
WARRANTY
OR
CONDITION,
WHETHER
EXPRESSED
OR
IMPLIED,
WRITTEN
OR
ORAL
INCLUDING,
WITHOUT
LIMITATION,
ANY
STATUTAORY
WARRANTY
OR
CONDITION
OF
MERCHANTABILITY
OR
FITNESS
FOR
A
PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
ANY
LIABILITY
IS
EXPRESSLY
LIMITED
TO
AN
AMOUNT
EQUAL
TO
THE
PURCHASE
PRICE
PAID,
AND
ALL
CLAIMS
FOR
SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL
AND
CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES
ARE
HEREBY
EXCLUDED.

WARRANTY

RIGHTS

Fort
Defiance
Industries,
Inc.
shall
not
be
obligated
to
repair
or
replace
equipment
which
has
been
repaired
by
others,
abused,
altered
or
misused.
We
further
state
that
we
shall
not
be
held
liable
for
any
losses
due
to
neglectful
use
on
the
part
of
the
operator.
Upon
expiration
of
such
warranty,
all
liability
shall
terminate.
No
other
warranties
are
expressed
or
implied.
The
Load
Strap
may
be
punctured
or
tear
under
normal
use
and
therefore
carries
no
warranty.
Warranty
Registration
must
be
mailed
in
to
validate
warranty
claims.
Product
registration
is
not
a
substitute
for
proof
of
purchase.
Retain
the
original
sales
receipt
for
warranty
claims.
