Pre
‐
assemble
one
Flat
Washer
on
each
of
the
Short
Hex
Head
Cap
Screws.
2.
Position
Side
Strap
on
the
side
of
the
frame
and
align
the
holes
at
each
end
of
the
Side
Strap
with
the
holes
in
the
side
of
the
frames
as
shown.
3.
Insert
a
screw
through
the
Side
Strap
and
then
through
the
hole
in
the
side
of
the
Bottom
Frame.
4.
Assemble
a
washer
onto
the
screw.
5.
Assemble
a
Nylon
Hex
Nut
onto
the
screw
and
hand
tighten
without
tools.
6.
Repeat
steps
3
through
5
to
fasten
the
other
end
of
the
Side
Strap
to
the
Top
Frame
and
tighten
both
screws
firmly
using
tools.
7.
Repeat
steps
2
through
6
for
the
other
Side
Strap.

Install
Load
Strap
to
Bottom
Frame
You
will

Hex
Nuts
Tools:
1/4”
Allen
Wrench
and
a
1/2"
Wrench
1.
Carefully
lay
the
assembled
Frame
down
on
a
table
with
the
Bottom
Frame
on
the
table
and
the
Top
Frame
away
from
you.
You
will
see
2
holes
in
the
front
of
the
Bottom
Frame
closest
to
you.
2.
One
end
of
the
Load
Strap
has
a
handle
and
the
other
end
has
an
opening
for
the
Load
Strap
Bracket.
Slide
the
Load
Strap
Bracket
into
this
opening
and
slide
the
Load
Strap
all
the
way
onto
the
bracket
and
center
it
up.
The
holes
at
either
end
of
the
bracket
should
still
be
visible.
3.
At
the
end
of
the
bracket,
insert
a
Socket
Head
Cap
Screw
first
through
the
large
hole
and
then
through
the
small
hole.
4.
Slide
one
Curved
Spacer
onto
the
end
of
the
screw
so
that
the
curved
portion
fits
up
against
the
round
Load
Strap
Bracket.
5.
Insert
the
screw
through
the
hole
in
the
front
of
the
Bottom
Frame.
6.
Assemble
a
Flat
Washer
onto
the
screw.
7.
Assemble
a
Nylon
Hex
Nut
onto
the
screw
and
hand
tighten
without
tools.
8.
Repeat
steps
3
through
7
for
the
other
end
of
the
bracket
and
tighten
both
screws
firmly
using
tools.
