Make sure Wi-Fi hotspot visibility is on.

The system does not provide a Wi-Fi
hotspot at this time.

•

Check what frequency the hotspot is
transmitting in the vehicle hotspot
settings menu. If the frequency is 5 GHz
and your device cannot see the
network, change the frequency to 2.4
GHz.
