7. Repair, maintenance
FAULT CAUSE REMEDY
The engine does not start 1. Lack of fuel.
2. Do not choke lever pulled out.
3. Oil level too low
4. The fuel tap closed
5. Dirty spark plug
6. Defective ignition system
1. Fill fuel
2. Check and pull out if necessary.
3. Check and refill if necessary
4. Check and open if necessary
5. Check the spark plug, replace if necessary.
6. Report to the Servicing Department
The engine runs unevenly 1. Low fuel level in the tank
2. Choke lever not pressed-in
3. Dirty air filter
4. Contaminated fuel or old fuel
1. Check and refill if necessary
2. Check and press if necessary.
3. Check and replace if necessary
4. Replace with new fuel
No excitation 1. Defective excitation capacitor or AVR system, blown fuse
2. Defective winding of the alternator
3. Engine speed too low
1. Report to the Servicing Department
2. Check the condition of windings or report the fault to the
Servicing Department

Voltage too high after applying load 1. The capacitance of the capacitor is too high
2. Excessive engine speed

1. Check and replace if necessary

2. Damaged winding of the rotor

4. Check, decrease if necessary.
5. Report to the Servicing Department
Voltage fluctuations 1. Loose contact on the alternator
2. Uneven engine speed
1. Check the terminals, tighten if necessary.

Noisy operation of the alternator 1. Damaged bearing of the alternator
2. Loose mechanical connection
1. Replace bearing, tighten the pin
2. Check, correct if necessary.
Too much vibration of the alternator 1. Damaged shock absorber of the engine
2. Loose screw connection
3. Uneven floor
1. Check and replace if necessary
2. Correct, tighten
3. Level the power generator
