Safety Messages
In order to prevent personal injury and/or property damage, ensure that
transportation work is only carried out by qualified personnel with appropriate
personal protective equipment (PPE) and suitable work tools.
See Chapter 2 Safety Information.
Risk of injury due to falling of suspended loads!
Falling of suspended loads may cause severe injury or death.
Never stand under suspended loads.
Risk of injury due to improper transportation!
Improper transportation may lead to severe injury.
Secure the Argus Ball Valve against twisting and tipping over.
Correctly attach the Argus Ball Valve.
If an actuator is present, never lift the complete unit with the
lifting gear only attached to the actuator!
Use protective packaging materials to protect the Argus Ball Valve
from damage during transport (e.g., packaging cover).
Observe all load-handling regulations.
Risk of property damage due to improper transportation!
Improper transportation of the Argus Ball Valve may cause damage.
Follow the procedures specified in the section below closely.
