Assembly

Assemble the handlebar (3) onto the computer post (2). First feed the hand pulse cables (26) trough the computer post (2) as displayed in the image below.

Then assemble the handlebar (3) onto the computer post (2) by fastening bolts (51) with spring washers (103) and washers (72).
