MIC OUT (BNC)
: Connect a speaker (not included) for 2–way audio feature.

: Connect a microphone (not included) for 2–way audio feature.

VIDEO OUT
: Video output for a secondary monitor or TV (not included). Outputs the
live display including the mouse and system interface.

AUDIO OUT (BNC)
: Audio output for DVR.

Audio IN (BNC)
: Audio Input for up to 4 channels.

Alarm I/O
: Connect alarm/sensor devices (not included). Connect RS485 cables for
PTZ cameras (not included) to the AB connectors.
7.
LAN
: Connect a CAT 5 RJ45 Ethernet cable for local and remote connectivity.
8.
VGA
: Connect a VGA monitor (not included) to view the system interface.
9.
USB port(s)
: Connect a USB mouse (included) or USB flash drive (not included) for
data backup or firmware updates.
10.
Power input & on/off switch
: Connect the included AC power cable and use the on/
off switch to turn the DVR on or off.
11.
HDMI1 & HDMI2
: Connect to an HDMI monitor or TV (not included) to view the system
interface. HDMI1 is the main display output, which shows the mouse and system inter-
face. HDMI2 is for a secondary monitor, which outputs the split-screen display and
does not show the mouse or system interface.
12.
eSATA
: Connect a self-powered external eSATA HDD (not included) to extend the stor-
age capacity of the system or for data backup.
13.
RS232
: Serial connection for PTZ keyboard (not included). An RJ45 to RS232 adapter
(not included) is required.
14.
Video input
: Connect FLIR MPX or analog cameras.
