DER SCHORNSTEINANSCHLUSS
Vor dem Anschluss an einen Schornsteinkanal, an den
schon früher ein Gerät angeschlossen war, muss der
Schornstein gründlich gesäubert werden. Zum Anschluss
an den Schornstein wird ein Abfuhrrohr mit einem
Durchmesser von 80MM, das im Abfuhrstumpf geschoben
wird, benutzt. Indem ein Stiftchen mit einem Durchmesser
von 4MM in das Löchelchen des Abfuhrstumpfes
angebracht wird, kann die Verbindung gekuppelt werden.
Beachten Sie, dass das Abfuhrrohr nicht zu weit in den
Schornstein geschoben wird. Mehrere Geräte dürfen nur an
einen Schornsteinkanal angeschlossen werden, wenn
dieser speziell dazu ausgerüstet ist, zum Beispiel ein
Schunt-Schornstein.
Beim Verlassen des Gerätes dürfen die Abgase nicht nach
unten geführt werden.
Wichtig
: Wenn der Schornstein mit brennbarem Material
bekleidet ist, muss jeder Kontakt mit sowohl dem Gasherd
als mit dem Abfuhrrohr vermieden werden, um Brand
zuvorzukommen.
DER GASLEITUNGSANSCHLUSS
Der Anschluss muss spannungsfrei geschehen und mittels
Seifenwassers auf Gasdichtigkeit kontrolliert werden.
In der Gaszufuhrleitung muss ein für dienstfähig erklärte
Gashahn möglichst dicht beim Gerät montiert werden.
Propan/Butan
: Indem das Gerät auf propan/butan
eingestellt ist, dann mussen einen feste Auslöser (Siehe
Technische Daten für den Ausgangsdruck) und einen
Abschließhahn vor dem Gerät montiert worden.

KONTROLLE DES DRUCKS DER
EINSPRITZDÜSE
Alle Geräte werden in der Fabrik auf Erdgas eingestellt.
Hierbei wird die Regelschraube des Drucks der
Einspritzdüse versiegelt. Im Falle der Störung kann der
Druck der Einspritzdüse wie folgt kontrolliert werden (siehe
Fig. 7). Entfernen Sie die Schraube aus dem Messnippel (5)
für den Druck der Einspritzdüse und schliessen Sie hierauf
den Nanometer an. Setzen Sie das Gerät in Betrieb und
stellen Sie den Thermostatknopf auf Stand 7 ein. In der
Tabelle ‘TECHNISCHE DATEN’ stehen, gemäss des Typs
des Gerätes, die Drucke der Einspritzdüse bei nominalen
Vordruck erwähnt. Bei eventuellen Abweichungen oder
Störungen muss der technische Dienst der Fabrik befragt
werden. Die Versiegelung der Regelschraube darf auf
keinen Fall erbrochen werden. Bei Erbrechung der
Versiegelung fällt die Garantie auf das Gerät weg
.
CONNECTION TO THE CHIMNEY
The chimney must be thoroughly cleaned before making any
attempt to connect the appliance to a chimney outlet to which
another appliance was connected previously. A discharge
pipe with a diameter of 80 mm must be inserted in the outlet
stub to connect the appliance to the chimney.
The connection can be made secure by driving a pin with a
diameter of 4 mm into the aperture in the outlet stub. Be
careful not to push the discharge pipe too far into the
chimney.
Several appliances may be connected to one flue duct if that
channel is specially equipped for the purpose, e.g., a Shunt
chimney.
Flue gases leaving the appliance may not be allowed to travel
in a downward direction.
Important:
If the chimney is coated with flammable material,
all contact between that material and the gas fire and
discharge pipe must be avoided in order to prevent fire.
CONNECTION TO THE GAS PIPE
The connection must be stress-free and must be checked for
gastightness by means of soapy water.
The gas supply pipe must be fitted with an authorized gas tap
which is located as near as possible to the appliance.
Propane/Butane
: If the appliance is adjusted on
propane/butane, it is neccesary to install a stable shutter
release (see technical data for the departure pressure) and a
closing tap in front of the appliance.
Installing of the woodlogs
The UPR9ET is an appliance whitout woodlogs.
CONTROLLING THE NOZZLE
PRESSURE
All appliances are adjusted to natural gas in the factory. The
adjusting screw of the nozzle pressure is then sealed. If any
malfunctioning occurs, the nozzle pressure can be controlled
as follows: (see fig. 7).
Remove the screw from the measuring nipple (5) for the nozzle
pressure and attach the manometer to the nipple.
Switch the appliance on and set the thermostat knob to
position 7. The nozzle pressures at nominal initial pressure for
each appliance type are stated in the “TECHNICAL DATA”
table. In the case of possible defects or malfunctioning, the
technical service of the factory must be consulted. The seal
of the adjusting screw may not be broken under any
circumstances. If the seal is broken, the guarantee of the
appliance will no longer be valid.
