The model number contains the following information:

Product Width (inches)
Single or Double Oven
Product Type (Oven)
The product code is a dedicated number used to identify model variations eg different
colour, market etc.
eg 88437 is an OD302, stainless steel, F&P branded, US product.
The Service version is used to signify that some new components or features are not
retro-fittable to earlier product versions.
eg 88437-B uses a number of different spare parts (which are contained in a separate
parts manual) to 88437
