manager
can
forbid
prevent
a
user
from
making
changes.
In
“
Contacts”
under
the
user’s
file,
check
the
box
“Do
not
allow
user
to
add
or
modify
trips”.
When
the
user
accesses
their
trips,
the
“Action”
menu
in
the
top
right
corner
will
not
show.
