Role
assignment
•
There
can
only
be
one
Manager
by
account.
•
There
can
only
be

Manager

a
Group

When
an
account
is
created,
the
status
by
default
is
User
.
•
To
give
the
status
of
Manager
to
a
User
,
this
User
must
be
the
manager
of
a
group.
Once
the
person
is
assigned
to
a
Group
,
their
status
will
change
automatically
to
Manager
.
3.
Administrative
options
For
a
group
of
vehicles,
a
user
can
prevent
the
administrator
and
manager
from
having
access
to
their
personal
trips.
By
default,
all
users
give
access
to
all
their
trips,
personal
or
not.
To
prevent
the
administrator
and
manager
from
accessing
your
personal
trips,
go
to
your
account
and
uncheck
the
box
“Allow
my
manager
to
see
my
personal
trips”.
Even
if
you
do
not
allow
your
manager
to
see
your
personal
trips,
you
will
have
access
to
all
your
trips
in
your
own
account:
