Steps 3 and 4:
First, position the seat rail insert inside the seat rail .
Next, insert the (2x) M10x180mm seat rail bolts through
the top of the seat rail, the seat rail insert, the upper leg
and finally into the lower leg metal threaded inserts.
Tighten assembly and then install the rubber end cap into
the seat rail.
