PURCHASING & SHIPPING
Certified Distributors can purchase FireRock products by submitting a purchase order via email or fax as follows:

When you purchase fireplaces or fireplace parts, there are two options for shipping your product(s):
1.
We can schedule and ship materials to you when they are ready
2. You can schedule your own shipping
Our customer service team will work with you to establish your preferred shipping method when your order is placed. For fireplaces and
fireplace parts shipped by FireRock via tractor trailer or mail, you can expect your materials to ship within 3-5 business days.
If the lead time for your specific order happens to fall outside of the ranges above, you will be contacted by Customer Service within 24
hours, so we may provide the most accurate lead time possible.
For customers making their own shipping arrangements, our process is as follows:
• You will be notified by FireRock when the order is ready to be picked up
• Customers must notify the shipping department 24 hours prior to picking up any order - this helps us reduce your wait time by having
your order pulled and waiting
• Call 205-259-5957 or email dispatch@firerock.us to schedule your pickup
• Orders must be picked up no later than 3 days after you are notified that the order is ready. After that time period, FireRock will ship the
order to your location
• There will be no order pickups or deliveries scheduled the 1st business day of each month
Please note: Orders submitted and prepared within the last week of the month may have a targeted ship date of less than 3 days after
ready notification. This allows FireRock maintain inventory levels for the following month and to ensure we can respond to all orders in a
timely fashion.

FireRock’s Technical Services Department is devoted to making the relationship between manufacturer and distributor one that is positive
and hassle free. You will enjoy exceptional product support from the well trained Technical Service Specialists who can help with issues
such as installation specifications, product dimensions, and fireplace performance characteristics.

BILLING
FireRock invoices have 30 day standard payment terms and should be paid by check and remitted to:

All overdue invoices will be charged a 1.5% monthly interest rate and overdue accounts are placed on hold once invoices are five days past
due. Financial credit may be withdrawn at any time from customer accounts that are consistently placed on hold.
All accounts not granted credit should be prepaid prior to shipment of orders, or there will be a credit card fee.
