PC Connection Communication Key
The Comm Key is used as a communication between the device and the PC to protect the
security of data. If a Comm Key is set, the connection password must be entered before
the device can be connected to the PC software.
Set the COMM key to zero:

Set to 0.
• Comm Key:
Default Password: 0. The Comm Key may contain 1-6 digits.
• Device ID:
Select identity number of the device between 1 and 254. Input this device
ID if the communication method is RS232/RS485 in the software communication inter-
face.
