Testing the Plumbing System
1. Check that the solution
filter
is clean and in place.
2. Fill the solution tank with water and check for leaks
in the plumbing circuit
3. Check that hoses are sealed, that the
solenoid
valve
operates properly and that the water cock is
properly adjusted
4. Check that the solution, with the cock open, falls
continuously on the floor and that it falls uniformly
on the brush.
5. Fill the recovery tank and check for leaks.
6. Check the hose seal and the drain plug seal.
7. A connection
fitting
has been installed on the hose
that carries water to the base. This connection
fitting contains a choke with a hole that can be in
various diameters: Small (colored white, 2.5 mm
diameter); Medium (standard, colored green, 3 mm
diameter); Large (colored black, 3.5 mm diameter).
8. Adjust the bars of the
two lower microswitches
that give consent to the solenoid valve so that, when
the traction levers are actuated, they open
simultaneously (they are connected in series) and
water comes out a short time before the machine
starts to move (approximately 4-5 mm before it
reaches the second screw).
