Inspection Head Power Supply Check

Inspection Head Power Supply Check

1.

Disconnect P1at the Inspection Head Power Supply Card.

2.

Make sure the UPS Circuit Breaker is in the Closed position.

3.

Turn CB3 ON and measure 24 VDC at PS6-P1 of Inspection 
Head Power Supply card. See Drawing 41955 for this portion.

4.

Turn CB3 and off.

5.

Reconnect P1 and Inspection Head Supply card.

6.

Remove J2, j4, J5, J6, J7, J8, J9, J12 and J16.

7.

Turn on CB3 and check all of the LED’s on the top of the power 
supply.

8.

Turn off CB3.

9.

Reconnect connectors disconnected in step 6.

Final installation of parts/assemblies

Base Strobe

Replace Base Strobe, Base Strobe Fan and connect all cables to 
Strobe unit.

Air Panel

Replace air panel and re-connect to all hoses and signal 
connector.

Powering up the Electronic Chassis

1.

Double check cables the power cables in the CPU Motherboard 
NM1-P1A and MB1-P1B.

2.

Turn on all circuit breakers.

3.

Turn on the main power switch.

4.

Check to see that the system boots successfully.
