Omnivision Upgrade

 

Installation Manual

Document 45277-0805

Testing CB1 Circuit.

1.

Turn CB1 ON.

2.

Verify that the voltage at CB2, CB3, CB4, CB5 and CB6 is 120 
VAC.

Testing CB2 Circuit.

1.

Locate the following connector and insure it is not connected:

• PD2-P1 (AC into PD)

2.

Turn on CB2

3.

Check PD2-P1 for 120 VAC.

4.

Turn off CB2

5.

Locate the following connector and insure they are not 
connected to their respective power supplies:

• PS5-P1 (+5V Supply)
• PS4-P1 (+12V Supply)
• PS1-P1 (+48V Supply)

6.

Turn CB2 ON.

7.

Verify the voltage at following connector are at 120 VAC

• PS5-P1 (+5V Supply)
• PS4-P1 (+12V Supply)
• PS1-P1 (+48V Supply)

8.

Turn CB2 OFF and reconnect the connectors.

9.

Locate the following connectors:

• PS5-P2 (+5V supply)
• PS4-P2 (+12V supply)
• PS1-P2 (+48V supply Starwheel)
• PS2-P2 (+48V supply)
• PS3-P1 (Fan 24VDC P.S)
• Turn CB2 ON.

10.

Record the voltage at PS1-P2 and PS2-P2 should be +48VDC.
