Managing email settings
If limit value violations occur, which subsequently trigger a warning or an alarm, a notification via
email can be set up for this.
Open view:
Main menu => Administration => Email

Mail server
To send emails, a mail server must be entered on the Gateway.
Fields
Name
Meaning
Host
Address at which the mail server can be reached.
Port
Port of the mail server (default: 587).
Allow
unsecure SSL
certificates
If active, SSL certificates are not verified, which can be a security risk.
User
Username of the mail account. Also used as sender address.
Password
Password to authenticate the user
Anonymous
authentication
If active, a separate authentication is not necessary.
Save settings.
