User instructions
Field bus module type SPC200-COM-IBS has been designed
for interfacing the SPC200 to the Interbus. With this module
the SPC200 can be operated as a slave on the remote bus.
Detailed information on the field bus module can be found in
the user manual P.BE-SPC200-COM-IBS-....
CAUTION
Pay strict attention to the following instructions shown
therein:
– safety guidelines
– specifications for the use of the individual modules and
components.
WARNING
Actuators may be activated unintentionally and the SPC200
may be damaged if components are added or removed
when the power supply is switched on.
Before undertaking installation or maintenance work, switch
off the following power supplies in the sequence listed:
1. the compressed air supply
2. the load voltage and the operating voltage for the
SPC200.
