Serious crushing due to axis movements of the product.
• Traverse the Y-axis slide and the Z-axis interface slowly.
• Make sure that no one is located in the movement area during the axis movements.
Motors with integrated brakes prevent manual shifting of the Y-axis slide and the Z-axis interface.
• The product must be connected and ready for operation.
• Move the Y-axis slide and the Z-axis interface in manual mode.
1. Lift the coverings upwards è Fig. 19.
2. Lubricate each of the lubrication nipples with half of the specified volume of lubricant.
3. Move the Y-axis slide and the Z-axis interface once along the entire stroke to evenly distribute the
lubricant.
4. Repeat steps 1. … 3.

13 Demounting
13.1 Safety
DANGER
Risk of injury from uncontrolled movements of the Z axis.
• Before dismantling, move the Z-axis to a safe position (delivery status):
At the bottom end position and approximately the middle position on the Y-axis.
• Mount the axis locks after removal of the motors and before disassembly of the product

Risk of injury due to unexpected movement of the product.
• Take the following precautions when lifting the product:
• Secure movable components with transportation locks to prevent unexpected movement.
• Note the product weight.
• Note the position of the centre of gravity.
• Use suitable lifting equipment.
• Use all of the transportation mounts.
• Adjust the lifting speed.
13.2 Procedure
1. Disconnect all of the electric cables and pneumatic hoses from the product.
2. Mount the transportation locks on the movable parts, e.g. Y-axis slide.
3. Disassemble the product in reverse order
