1.
General visual inspection:
check the general condition of the machine, if there are
any damaged or missing parts.
2.
Check the clear visibility and legibility of labels:
the label on the machine must
be perfectly visible and legible. It is therefore necessary to keep it clean and ask the
maintenance officer for a replacement if it is illegible.
3.
Verify the absence of leaks in the hydraulic circuit:
there can be no measurable
accidental loss in the hydraulic circuit, except for slight moisture insufficient to form a
drop.
4.
Check the oil level:
check the oil level and top up with hydraulic oil as required.
To check the oil level:
Unscrew the oil cap on the pump body on the right side of the Press, located on
the top of the tank.
Check if there is sufficient oil, otherwise add oil ISO6743 and then replace the
locking nut
Screw on the oil cap.
Oil Type
Do not use brake fluid or engine oil.
5.
General cleaning:
cleaning is necessary to free the structure and moving parts from
the accumulation of dust, dirt and stains caused by excess lubricants. Cleaning should
be done with the use of means, equipment and detergents or solvents commonly used
in the cleaning of industrial equipment.
6.
Check the wear of the pressing piston:
check that the piston pressing surface is
not worn out, that there are no cracks and/or fissures or abnormal deformities.
7.
Check screw tightness:
check that all mounting screws on the frame and supporting
brackets are fully tightened.
8.
Greasing the winch and guides:
it is necessary to grease the moving parts of the
winch for the vertical displacement of the pallet carrier and the guide rails of the
cables.
9.
Check the state of the steel cables for
moving the pallet carrier:
it is necessary to
perform a visual inspection of the steel cables to
ensure the absence of fraying, crushing, bulging,
crimping, etc.
