Our urinal flushing valves are classified according to PN-EN 12541:2005 standard as 1.5-litre, it means that valve will
deliver just 1.5-litre of water per one flush. This class is the most water-saving one in the standard.

Termeni de garantie:
1. Novaservis Ferro Group SRL (denumită în continuare
Garant) oferă o garanție de 5 ani pentru funcționarea
fără defecțiuni a corpului robinetului pentru pisoar și
o garanție de 2 ani pentru celelalte părți ale acestuia.
Perioada de garanție începe la data cumpărării, con-
firmată de documentul de achiziție corespunzător (bon
sau factură fiscală).
DURATA MEDIE DE UTILIZARE A PRODUSULUI este
de 5 ani.
2. Defecțiunile produsului în timpul perioadei de
garanție vor fi remediate gratuit într-o perioadă de
maximum 15 zile calendaristice de la data depunerii
reclamației.
3. In perioada de garantie clientul are dreptul la inlocu-
irea produsului defect in cazul in care dupa 3 reparatii
consecutive acesta nu este functional.
Piping should be flushed before valve assembling, in
order to remove possible impurities from the pipes.
Valve should be assembled in accordance with the in-
staller rules, threads should be sealed with PTFE tape
or anaerobic agents.
For both Z211 and Z210A valves it is possible to adjust
the volume of water flowing. For this purpose the ad-
justment screw is located underneath the push button
cap.
Volume of water flowing setup:
-in case factory flow is different than desired please
first take off the small cap in the push button,
-turn the screw left (anti-clockwise) for one turn,
water volume will become smaller,
-flush the valve and check the volume of water flow-
ing (acc. to the standard, min. allowed volume is
0.75 l, with dynamic pressure at 0.1 MPa (1 bar)),
-if the volume is still too big, turn the screw anti-
clockwise once again,
-right (clockwise) screw turning will make the flow bigger,
-after setup is finished put the small cap back into
the push button
Maintenance:
-it is necessary to check and clean inlet filter peri-
odically, at least once per year, otherwise flow char-
acteristics of the valve will be affected,
-before cleaning the filter it is mandatory to close
the water mains and disassemble whole valve from
the pipe,
-take off the locking ring “seger” type and filter,
-clean the net carefully and assemble back into the
valve, re-assemble the valve into the pipe, open the
water mains,
-always make sure that all hydraulic connections
are tight and not leaking, the valves’ decorative sur-
faces should be cleaned with water and soap, and
then wiped and polished with the use of a soft cloth.
Caustic substances, chlorine compounds, acids, lye,
solvents, whiteners and cleaning agents containing
any abrasive substances should not be used. Plastic
parts should not be cleaned with the use of agents
containing alcohol, disinfectants or solvents
4. Garantia nu acopera:
a.defecte rezultate din nerespectarea instructiunilor
date in manualul de asamblare si operare
b. deteriorare mecanica a produselor si defectele
care decurg din aceasta
c. defecte cauzate de poluarea apei de alimentare
sau de catre calitatea acesteia
d. produsele la care s-a intervenit de catre personal
neautorizat, altul decat producatorul sau un tert
agreeat de catre acesta.
5. Garantia pentru elementul de inchidere este valabila
cu conditia ca filtrul sa fie curatat in mod regulat.
6. Garantul nu este responsabil pentru uzura normala a
pieselor din timpul utilizarii normale.
7. Plangerile privind defectiunile produsului trebuiesc
depuse la punctul de unde acesta a fost achizitionat sau
direct la producator/Garant.
8. Termenul de reparare nu acopera operatiunile de in-
tretinere care trebuie efectuate periodic de catre client.
