REGOLAZIONE DISTANZA SULLA FILA
La macchina, in funzione delle esigenze del cliente,
può variare la distanza fra pianta e pianta sulla fila.
Per effettuare questa operazione (nella versione stan-
dard), procedere come segue:
•
Aprire il carter

• facendo riferimento all’etichetta adesiva di
(Fig.
1)
, scegliere gli ingranaggi adatti alla distanza de-
siderata, togliere la catena, allentare le viti
(B)
con
una chiave da 13” e sfilare le corone dal perno.
Controllare il numero denti delle corone adatte ad
ottenere la distanza desiderata e montare nel sen-
so indicato
(Fig. 1)

•
Nelle serie con elementi esterni alle ruote, questa
operazione si compie solo per l’albero inferiore mo
-
trice

, mentre per l’albero
(D)
si deve sbloccare
il pignone del primo elemento, adiacente il carter
verso l’esterno della macchina con una chiave a
brugola per consentire di sfilare il manicotto dell’al
-
bero e sostituire il rapporto.
• Nella versione con “PSC” impostare la distanza del
-
le piantine tramite il tastierino

, portandosi con le
frecce
sulla videata indicata in
(Fig. 2)

previo consenso precedentemente dato tramite il
tasto

che farà lampeggiare il valore di distanza.
Finita la registrazione, rimpremere il pulsante

.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE DISTANCE ON ROW
The machine can vary the distance between one plant
and another in a row, depending on the requirements
of the customer. To carry out this operation (in the
standard version), proceed as follows:
•
Open the guard

Referring to the sticker of
(Fig. 1)
, choose the ap-
propriate gears suited to the desired distance, re-
move the chain, loosen the screws

with a size
13 spanner and remove the gears from the pin.
Check the number of crown teeth suited to obtain-
ing the desired distance and mount in the direction
indicated
(Fig. 1)
.

In the series with elements external to the wheels,
this operation is only carried out for the lower drive
shaft

, whereas in the case of shaft
(D)
, the
sprocket of the first element adjacent to the cas
-
ing towards the outside of the machine must be re-
leased with an Allen wrench to allow the sleeve of
the shaft to be removed and replace the gear.
•
In the PSC version
set the distance of the seedlings
via the keypad
(E)
, and using arrows
go to the screen indicated in
(Fig. 2)
, after enabling
via the key
(F)
which will make the distance figure
blink. Once the adjustment is completed, press the
button
(F)
again.
