3.11. CFG11: Buffered Read Mode
The parameters of the CFG11 configuration block contain Buffered Read Mode settings. To enable
Buffered Read Mode the BRM bit in the SYS-MODE register of the
3.10. CFG10: General System

configuration block must be set. It is useful to enable “Anticollision Select Mode” in
3.10. CFG10: General System Parameters
if there is a large or unknown number of Transponders in
the antenna field. The Buffered Read-Mode can be used with the reader Multiplex Mode, the
parameters for this function have to be configured in the this section.
For using the Inventory Read command (Tag-it HF-I and I-Code SLI) the function must be enabled in
3.8. CFG8: General Transponder

A plausibility check is performed by writing this parameter to the Reader. If an error occurs the Reader answers
with STATUS = [0x11].
