3.13. CFG13: Anticollision
The parameters of the CFG13 configuration block contain anticollision settings. To enable anticollision
mode the ACOLL bit in the SYS-MODE register of the
3.10. CFG10: General System Parameters
configuration block must be set.

Each I-Code 1 and I-Code EPC Transponder responds in a chosen timeslot. Choosing too few
timeslots compared to the number of Transponders in the antenna field means that only a
small number of Transponders can be selected at one time. On the other hand, having too
many timeslots is very time consuming. The optimum number of timeslots is about twice the
number of I-Code 1 Transponders expected in the antenna field at the same time.
The Reader calculates the expected number of Transponders with the parameters in
COLLISIONS and sets the corresponding number of timeslots between MIN-TS and MAX-TS.
To set up a fixed timeslot, both MIN-TS and MAX-TS must contain the value of the desired timeslot.
Note:
•
If Anticollision Mode is disabledd in the
3.10. CFG10: General System Parameters
configuration block the Reader uses MIN-TS for Transponder communication.
