These methods are to read input X1, X2, X3 by the first basic period (0.2 SEC) and to direct them to
Y1 to Y4. In case feedback of Y1 to X3 is made as illustrated above, X3 changes from “1” to “0”
with a lag of 0.2SEC. One-shot is created by making use of this lag.
