5.1 Limit Values
After the power supply is switched on, the MCBL takes about 130 ms before the drive accelerates to
speed. Until that time, the three outputs are undefined.
Hint:
Some values are internally represented in a different form than that in which the user sees them.
If these values are then processed, there is a rounding error. An example is the acceleration ramp: the
value of the error
ac 240
will not be represented internally as 240, but rather as 240 · 60/1000 = 14.
If this figure is processed with the command
gac
, it will return back a value of 14 · 1000/60 = 233,
which does not precisely correspond with the value initially entered. In the following table if there is
a value in the column “Resolution” which differs by one, there will be a small rounding error.
Min. value Max. value Resolution Unit
Remarks
1
No check as to whether the given value range is being maintained. The user is responsible for ensuring
that only appropriate values are entered. Values outside the range can lead to the drive or the
electronics being destroyed.
2)
At rotational speeds of > 120 000 1/min the signal will be inexact, since the number of reference points
for generating the sine-wave will be fewer. This effect will be more noticeable at higher speeds.
