and apologises for any inconvenience. See the last page for the express warranty
coverage offered. The following information will assist your understanding of
warranty procedures.
Any authorised FTM dealer service outlet can perform warranty. Repairs for you,
however, we recommend that such repairs be carried out by the Dealer from
whom you bought the product.
Most warranty repairs are handled routinely, but sometimes requests cannot be
accepted under warranty, normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty nor
does warranty apply if a product failure can be attributed to abuse or neglect.
Whilst FTM will abide by its warranty policy under all genuine circumstances, we
must emphasise that such can only apply when our equipment has been used in
applications for which it was designed and manufactured and that a reasonable
degree of care and common sense has been exercised by the operator.
To avoid misunderstandings, which might occur between the customer and the
service outlet, items subject to normal wear and tear such as augers teeth or
similar ground engaging items are not covered under warranty.
