PERIODIC INSPECTIONS
•
With new machines, check the mounting bolts for
tightness after the first operating hour, tightening
them if necessary. Tightening torques are shown
in Table 2.
•
Check the mounting bolts for tightness once a
week.
•
The knife-to-anvil clearance is adjusted to the speci-
fied values.
MAINTENANCE
Check the tightness of the bolts and tighten if ne-
cessary. Check the tightness of all fastenings once a
week, and the fastenings on a new machine after one
hour of use. Tighten as shown in the diagram below.
