Usage
Before cleaning, make sure the induction cooking is turned off. If you can, it is
better to unplug the induction cooking before cleaning.

o keep the brightness of the ceramic surface, regular cleaning is recommended.

C
lean up spills and other types of dirtiness with a dampened sponge with warm water.

D
usts or particles of food can be cleaned with a dampened rag with warm water.

I
f you use a detergent, do not use abrasive detergent or powder because they
can damage the surface of the induction cooking.

A
ll traces of detergent should be clean with a dampened rag.

n cases of use of detergent, refer to the recommendations for use on the detergent
package.

D
usts, fat and liquid foods that have overflowing should be cleaned as soon as
possible.

f they hardened, they are more difficult to clean.

his is particularly true if mixtures of syrup / sugar have burnt.
I
n that case it could
permanently harm the surface of the induction cooking.

f any of these foods has melted on the ceramic surface, you must clean it
immediately (when the surface is still hot) with a special ceramic surface scraper to
avoid permanent damage of the surface of the induction cooking.

o not leave items on the induction cooking that can melt: such as plastic,
aluminum foil, sugar, sugar syrup blends, etc.

o not use a knife or other sharp objects as it may damage the ceramic surface.

o not use steel wool or abrasive sponge that could scratch the surface.

o not use cleaner steam.
