MULTI-FUNCTION FOOD MIXER
WARNING:
• Keep children away from chopping accessories when in use as the rotating
attachment can be reached with their fingers.
• Keep long hair under a hat. Hair can get tangled in the moving parts.
• Unplug the machine immediately after use.
1.
Place the chopping accessory on the mixer such that it fits in the
slot and insert it such that the filling tube faces upwards and that
the accessory clicks into place.

Fit the mixer head by turning the locking button until it is fully
tighten.
3.
Choose a metal cylinder: large of fine grating, or the cylindrical
blades for slices.
4.
Place the metal cylinder into the chopping attachment with the
opening towards the front.
CLEANING
• Before cleaning, always unplug the power cable.
• Never immerse the base motor unit in water.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning products.
• A little grease may appear in the opening when first using. This is normal, simply
wipe it.
Mixer, opening covers
• Wipe with a damp cloth, and then dry.
• Do not use abrasive materials and never immerse in water.
Bowl
• Hand wash the bowl and then dry it or wash occasionally in the dishwasher.
• Never use a metal brush, bristles, iron wool or chlorine to wash your stainless steel
mixing bowl. Use vinegar to remove limescale.
• Keep the bowl away from sources of heat (hobs, convection ovens, microwaves etc.).
Accessories
• The stainless steel accessories can be hand washed and washed occasionally in
the dishwasher.
• The other accessories (coating) must only be hand washed and then dried thoroughly.
Protection cover
• Hand wash, and then dry thoroughly.

The chopping blade is very sharp!

Risk of injury!
• Let accessories dry completely before re-attaching to the appliance.
• It is recommended that you apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the protective
equipment after they have dried.
NOTE:
• Do not operate the grinder for LONGER than 10 minutes and leave to cool for a
further 10 minutes.
USING CERTAIN ACCESSORIES
The mixer:
For preparing savour pastries, sweet shortcrust or pie-crust, cake
mix, biscuits etc.
The whisk:
For whisking egg whites, cream, butter into mousse and mixing
frying pastries and pancakes.
The dough hook:
For preparing all yeast dough (bread, pizza, brioche etc.).
