6. Why aren’t the recorded motion alerts notifying my phone.
Please go to Camera Settings page to check that if you turned on motion Alert and go to
[Me]

[General settings]

notification to check that if you allowed the Faleemi Cloud
app to send you notification.
7. I don’t have Wi-Fi at my house. Would this camera work without it?
No, the camera does not work without Wi-Fi.
8. Can the app be used on two devices at the same time? Like my
iPhone and my family’s iPhone.
Yes, but you have to invite your family to view the feed of your camera. For more information,
please kindly check the “Invite family members”. Then you and your family should able to view
the camera on two devices at the same time.
9. Can you invite someone to the app, and then remove them
afterward.
Yes, you can add the app to other phones and remove when needed. You can do it on Invite
family member Page.
10. Do I have to subscribe cloud service to use the camera?
No. Cloud service is optional. Users can use the camera without subscribing cloud storage.
You can use Micro SD card for recording also.
11. Does the camera need to connect the power supply?
Yes, it needs to be plugged into an outlet for continuous power.
