What to do when the robot moves

A: 1) Move the front housing with your hand slightly to
make it act flexibly.
2) Avoid direct exposure in the sun.
3) Avoid using the robot on dark black carpet.
What to do when the robot falls from
the edge or of the stairs?
A: 1) Wipe the dust sensor at the bottom with dry
cloth.
What to do when the robot can`t find
the charger?
A: 1) Wipe the charging poles oft he robot and charger
with dry cloth regularly.
2) Make sure there is no obstacle before the
charger (3 m radius).
3) Control the robot to find the charger with the
remote control.
What to do when the noise rises acci-
dently?
A: 1) Check whether miscellaneous things exist on the
bottom.
2) Send the robot to the service center. Add the
lubricant.
What to do when the robot can`t be
charged automatically after stored tor
long?
A: 1) Recharge it with the charger manually.
What to do when the robot stops work-
ing, but there is no error code?
A: 1) Contact the after-sales service center. Don`t
