Safety
• Children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years may
switch the appliance on and off only if they are under su -
pervision or are informed of the safe use of the appliance
and if they understand the hazards that may be caused by
the appliance. In this respect, it is a prerequisite for the ap -
pliance to be in normal usage position or that it is installed
properly.
• Children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years shall
not plug the appliance to the electrical outlet, adjust the
appliance, and do not perform any cleaning or maintenance
operations.
• The appliance shall not be used without supervision.
WARNING! Danger of overheating and fire!
• Do not place the machine close to other objects, especially
above the machine (steam may cause damage).
• Do not cover the appliance, e.g. with cloths or similar.
• Please remember that the appliance may stay hot for a long
time after it has been switched off.
• Never place the coffee maker, the power cord and the plug
on or near hot surfaces such as stovetops and ovens.

WARNING! Risk of burning!
• Caution – some parts of the product can become very hot
and may cause burns. During operation, only touch the but -
tons of the appliance that using provided for this purpose.
Do not touch the hot plate while it is in operation. Allow the
appliance to cool down completely before cleaning. Make
sure they do not come into contact with water splashes or
hot steam. Special care should be taken when children and
vulnerable persons are present. Don’t open the cap during
the broth.
