STATEMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS
There are two types of high level language commands, programming instructions and flow
controlling instructions.
Programming instructions
They are defined with the "#" sign followed by the name of the instruction and its associated
parameters.
They are used for various operations such as.
• Displaying errors, messages, etc.
• Programming movements referred to machine reference zero (home).
• Executing blocks and programs.
• Synchronizing channels.
• Coupling, parking and swapping axes.
• Swapping spindles,
• Activating collision detection.
• Activating manual intervention.
Flow controlling instructions.
They are defined with the "$" sign followed by the name of the instruction and its related data.
They are used to make loops and program jumps.
