Maintenance and repair
The following measures are indispensable
for ensuring operational and functional
safety:
- Comply with all the manufacturer’s
instructions.
- Ensure that specialized technicians
periodically verify that the protection
devices are intact and that all the safety
devices function correctly (the first
inspection should be made within 3 years
and subsequently once yearly).

Grinder block
If the grinders stop functioning, normally due to accidental
contact with foreign objects other than coffee, follow these
steps.
Switch off the switch (

) and remove the power supply plug.
If the grinder/dispenser has overheated due to a blocked
motor, wait 30 minutes before making repairs.
Note the number corresponding to the position of the
regulation ring nut (

), which indicates the grinding level
used.
- Remove the hopper (

- Unscrew the regulation ring nut (
4
)
- Remove the foreign object and carefully clean the grinders
and the regulation nut thread with a brush.
- Carefully clean the regulation ring nut (

)
- Screw the ring nut completely until it touches the grinders.
Turn the regulation ring nut (
4
) in the opposite direction until
it reaches the position corresponding to the number noted
before removing the hopper (
2
).
Replace the hopper (
2
) and its cover (
1
). Insert the plug and
switch on the switch (
11
).
Check grinding conditions.
If in doubt concerning grinder efficiency, please contact a
qualified technician.
If the appliance does not function correctly, switch it off, turn
off the mains switch and call the servicing department.
Only qualified and authorized servicing personnel should
be called.
Use only original spare parts.
Maintenance activities performed by unqualified personnel
may jeopardize the safety of the machine.
If the electric cable is damaged, switch off the appliance and
apply to the servicing department for a replacement.
