Using a voltmeter set the meter

to DC volts. Connect the ( -)

probe of the meter to the ( - )

buss bar with a clip on your

meter probe. Measure at the

center tab of the Brush switch

switch. (dark blue wire)

Is there between

0.8 and 2.8 volts?

Place the ( + ) probe on

the center terminal of

the switch. (blue wire)

and the ( - ) probe on

the negative buss bar.

Turn the brush switch

on and measure the

voltage.

YES

At the 20 pin Molex connector

at the controller, back probe

pin #11 with the positive probe

of the meter and touch the

negative probe of the meter to

the negative buss bar.

Is there

between 0.8 and

2.8 volts?

Replace the

controller

YES

Repair open circuit between pin #11

on the controller and center terminal

of the brush pressure the switch.
