3-2 Navigation Data Utility
Navigation Data Utility (GGH16SYN.EXE) can save data of system settings, waypoints, routes and
historical tracks in the GG-H16 to the PC or load in data above-mentioned from the PC.
GGH16SYNC.EXE is operated as follows:
(1) PC interface cable with car cigarette lighter adapter is used to connect with the GG-H16.
(2) The POWER key on the GG-H16 is pressed to enter system and then PC Link is selected after
the MENU is pressed to shift to Menu Page. The screen will display
“
PC Link
”
at this time.
(3) GGH16SYN.EXE is executed at the PC end.
(4) To select COM Port (COM1...COM8).
(5) The Read button can be selected to read data in GG-H16 and save them at the PC end.
(6) The Program button can be selected to write data from the PC end to the GG-H16.
(7) To select Exit button to end.
(8) The GG-H16 end can select the ESC key or shut power to end PC Link.
