Malfunctions and troubleshooting
Before calling your service partner, please check the following table for a
possible cause to the trouble you are currently experiencing.

The devices may only be opened by specially trained and qualified
personnel.
Typical problem solving
No picture

Make sure that the power cord is connected and mains is in contact.

Make sure that the cube is switched to ON and is not in standby mode.
►
Make sure that the auxiliary equipment is connected properly.
► Make sure that the input setting is correct.
►
Make sure that the signal is suitable.
►
Make sure that the DisplayPort signal not contains HDCP.
►
Make sure that the input signal resolution for the input box (without scaler
board) is correct.
Blurred picture

Adjust the focus of the cube.
No communication between control PC and cube

Make sure that you have selected the right COM port.

Make sure that the COM port settings are correct.

Make sure that the serial cable connection for communication is correct.
No network connection
