Description of use
The
Extol® Light 43134
Rechargeable
LED floodlight with powerbank and
adjustable support stand is a very inten-
se and practical light source with a lumi-
nous flux of up to 2000 lm, that can be used to illumina-
te a large area and can thus be a practical portable light
source in all locations without an available source of
electricity (when travelling, in cabins, when camping,
etc.) The floodlight enables the setting of three illumi-
nation intensities: 2000 lm, 1000 lm, 400 lm, which
enables the total operating time (battery life) to be
extended when full illumination power is not required.
The floodlight has protection against rain (IP54).
y
The LED floodlight can at the same time function as
a powerbank with an output of 5V, 1A DC for the pur-
pose of charging mobile phones, cameras and other
electronic devices.
y
The floodlight can be charged in the following two ways:
a) Power adapter with an output of 5 V, 2 A DC

Safety Instructions
y
For charging the floodlight, use only the supplied power
adapter with an output of 5 V DC, 2 A or a computer USB
port. For safety reasons, do not use any other power sour-
ces for recharging as this could result in a fire or explosion
as a result of inappropriate charging parameters. Only
charge the floodlight in an enclosed area and protect the
charger against the ingression of water and high humidity.
y
Prior to connecting the power adapter to a socket with el.
current, check that the power adapter is not damaged and
that the voltage in the socket is in the range 100-240 V~50/60
Hz. The power adapter can be used in this voltage range.
Do not use a damaged power adapter and replace it with
a flawless original adapter from the manufacturer. Protect the
power adapter plug against damage and deformations.
y
Prevent the charger from being used by persons (including
children) whose physical, sensory or mental disability
or incapacity or insufficient experience or knowledge
prevents them from safely using the appliance without
supervision or instruction. Children must not play with the
appliance. The use of the charger is not considered for very
small and young children without supervision. It is conce-
ded that seriously handicapped persons may have needs
outside the level specified by this norm (EN 60335-2-29).
y
Only charge the floodlight when the light source is
turned off. Charging the battery while the light is
turned on is damaging to the battery.
y
Protect the floodlight against impacts and falls. This could
damage the built-in battery and result in an electrolyte
leakage. In the event that the battery is damaged, do not
charge it, and arrange for its replacement with a flawless
battery. In the event that the electrolyte comes into
contact with skin, thoroughly wash the affected area with
soap and water. In the event of problems, contact a doctor.
y
Protect the floodlight against high temperatures , direct
sunlight and frost as this could result in battery damage.
y
Protect the floodlight‘s connector sockets against damage,
clogging or ingression of water. When not using the soc-
kets, protect them by properly applying the covers.
