Managing tasks
Marking tasks as complete
When you have accomplished a task, you can mark that task as
complete in Real Time. After you mark a task as complete, it no longer
appears in your list of uncompleted tasks, by default. This setting can be
changed by your system administrator.
To mark a task as complete

From the Main menu, choose Tasks.

From the task list, choose a task.

Click View.

Click Complete.
Deleting tasks
Deleting a task removes it permanently from the task list.
To delete a task

From the Main menu, choose Tasks.

From the task list, choose a task.

Click View.

Click Delete.
A message appears to confirm that you want to delete the task.

Click Yes.
